Bringing the water to the fire
NorthTree Fire provides aviation support services including helicopter and heli-base support. Additionally, we provide waterhandling for mobile retardant bases and foam operations, and operate a Mobile Gel Plant.
For major water-moving operations like helibase support, we can provide custom configurations of the equipment below, moving the water source closer to the fire, allowing aircraft to make more drops per hour, and increasing their effectiveness.

- 4,000 Gallon Folda Tanks
- 6,000 Gallon Buoywalls
- 14,000 Gallon Buoywalls
- 4" Transfer Pump
- 3" Transfer Pumps
- 1,500 GPM Portable Pump
- Large-Diameter, 5" Hose and appliances
Trained Personnel are available to deliver, set up, and maintain the equipment listed above
Aerial Ignition
NorthTree has heli-torch and other aerial ignition equipment available for rent for use on wildfires and prescribed burns.
